Refund policy
At Slammin’ Sauces, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, freshly made products. Because our sauces are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns simply if you change your mind.
When you can return a product
You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if:
- The item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described
- You receive the wrong item
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at slamminsauces@gmail.com. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us investigate.
Hygiene & safety
For reasons of food safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns if the seal on the product has been broken after delivery.
Refunds
- If your claim is approved, we will either send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
Exemptions
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to:
- Perishable goods with a short shelf life (including food products)
- Goods that have been opened or unsealed after delivery
This policy does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
